Google is under fire for privacy concerns

After launching new social networking and mapping devices, watch dog groups and some foreign governments are demanding the corporate online giant do away with tools which infringe upon users' privacy rights. Google quickly responded with a transparency tool which discloses government censorship requests. However analysts say the new technology to track government censorship is merely a PR stunt to mask the company's growing privacy issues.

just look at the data collection of your you tube site under insight tab, account. You can shut off ad option but then be sure to read the "extended info" on an other page. Check your privacy settings as well , well you are in there. (if it matters, lol )
