Hailing from Wexford, Paul Creane and the Changing Band are just about to finish their first album, entitled "Tommy Black and the Twelve Days of Lucy." Having locked themselves in numerous houses and studios since forming at the start of the summer the band will be throwing itself into the "tourey/selley/albummy" tradition in the coming months. .
