Make a FREE Ventrilo Server!

CLOSE EVERYTHING VENTRILO RELATED BEFORE DOING THIS AND IT'S PROBABLY A GOOD IDEA TO RESTART BEFORE DOING THIS TOO.

For the Admin Password-------
If you want to become an admin, you ned the password, duh. Anyways, to make one open up the INI file (shown in the video) and copy everything in tehre by either highlighting it and right clicking then pressing copy or highlighting it and pressing Ctrl+V. One you have it copied, open up a new page in notepad and copy everything there. Put the admin password you want after the = sign which is after AdminPassword. Once completed go to File -- Save As and save it to your desktop with this exact file name. "ventrilo_srv" (No quotations. Once that is finished go to My computer -- Local Disk C -- Program Files -- VentSrv. Now, drag the file that was on your desktop into this folder. If it asks if you want to replace the file just say yes. Now open u[p ventrilo, start your server and log in. :)

If it says Contacting Server-------
This means that you have a router and you need to Port Forward. I'm not explaining how to do this here because it's too long and confusing and I'd get wayyyyy too many questions from people asking how to do it cause they messed up. If you want to know how, Google it or search for a video here on YouTube.
