@TippmanFaith Yup. Nothing is FREE in the begining. But if your heart is in the right place and you are not afraid to negociate. Things do pick up gradually. Rent was substancial, but the landlord was flexible with payment after erning his trust. It's a great spot for starters-very advenrtous & outgoing people can survive there in a community family way:) Proud PENMAR Alumni;)

Drug FREE homie. If you love the life that you live, and be who you dreamed of becoming, then life is yours for the taking. I was born with a lil more juice & testosterone;) I wae taught the Word "PERSEVERANCE" when I was a child & I fell in love with that definition. What you are seeing is over 30 years of experience on this earth.
