Here I go on a 10,000 ft tandem skydive with Gus from Skydive Ramblers. We rose up above the clouds and could see the southern tip of Fraser Island and Lake Cootharaba to the north, and Bribie Island to the south. After a freefall of around 30 seconds right through the cloud bank and a successful chute opening, I landed on one of the beaches at Twin Waters. There really is nothing as exhilarating and sensory as tumbling towards the earth at around 200 km per hour. I used to rate the AJ Hackett bungy experience as a 10/10 but it's slipped down to 8/10 after this experience.
