i watched the whole thing, i have no clue what/who/why this parade was for, or why there were ambulances, or why a school bus showed up at the end. im just confused. :/
it seems like after it passed no one noticed.

Bay Ridge is super quiet. There is the 3rd Ave street fair that's 1 day out of the year, and there was this random parade. So incredibly random I had to film it.
