8.01 If the Vacationer shall default in making any payment required ...which has not been remedied within ten days after receipt of Notice of such default, then the Vacationers right to occupy the Vacation Unit shall be suspended until such a time as all payments due, together with all late charges assessed, have been duly paid in full, or until such a time as all obligations have been completed.
