  • beautiful! amazing look. can u tell me where i can purchase those loose shadows??

  • They're new at Sally Beauty Supply stores

  • hiii what brushes are you using, after the loew cornell ones? what brand/number?

  • I use an essence of beauty mini contour from CVS and the larger contour brush is from the Mary Kay brush set

  • just thought of something you could try. i'm using burt's bees royal jelly eye cream as my eye primer (I use it all the time, not just when I put on loose shadows). it works like a charm!!!

  • cool! I'd like to try that!!

  • Hi, was wondering if you could do a segment on the makeup brushes that you use everyday, like the best ones that you NEED to have. Also, I have the most annoying time applying blush, I can never get it quite in the right place, not sure if it is my brushes or what, any advice {besides apply it to the apple of my cheeks. I know that one.}

  • Most of my make up is Bare Escentuals and this is exactly what I wanted to know and I knew YOU would have the video! Thank you thank you this is fab!

  • Even though this video is a few years old now, it is still relevant.

    Sometimes pigments that are not really finely milled still fall out and I make sure I use a sticky base after the primer (NYX Jumbo Pencils are affordable & do a great job as a base).

    I also put Post It Notes under my bottom eyelashes. I lightly roll the Post It Note first so the bottom scoops up & spray lightly with any hairspray.

    Voila.... any eyeshadow that still manages to fall out is caught on the sticky paper :)

  • Im not aloud to put make up on :'[ But i just love watching the tutorials :D

  • thats was an amazing video ! great tips ! && soo very easyy !

  • wonderful as always. feel better now about loose powder eyeshadows

  • Thank you so much for this tutorial, you're a life saver heehee. I have a fashion show tomorrow at high school with lots of bright loose eyeshadows being used on the models, so you can imagine the mess we could get into without your tutorial!!

    Thank you again!!

  • Has anyone ever told you that you look a bit like liv tyler? You´re very pretty!

    I could never get this right before, now I see that I was using the wrong brushes and I was smudging instead of patting. I´ll go to wal mart and buy the brushes tomorrow!

  • I just wanted to thank you for this tutorial. Thanks to you I made my first smokey eye ever! And it looked good! Your tips on loose shadow turned out to be really helpfull. And you are so cute and beautiful! :) Thanks once again!!
