@SLipKnoTFrEaK0505 first of all, that Squier is a ridiculously high quality guitar, just look up how many people have reviewed these things. Secondly, I have plenty of Fender's but this just happened to be the one I reviewed today. I'd seriously go on stage with this guitar and not think twice, it's a great sounding guitar. The name shouldn't matter, TONE is in the HANDS brother!

Hey, but Wholle Lotta Love and Immigrant Song are from Zeppelin's 2nd and 3rd album :) Nice demo anyway.

this is a good value at 400, but squiers new vintage modified series has awesome vintage strats as low as 250!

@sohamorrohit Yeah the TH30 can do that as well and is much better for high-gain stuff. The Dual Terror also offers this feature, but it only goes up to 15 watts I believe? It might be 30 though, I can't remember. Either way, those 2 amps would achieve a tone close to what you are looking for. I really feel the AD30 is more your classic rock amp, doesn't have as much gain on tap and is more for regular rock stuff.

Thanks man. Idk why but lately I've been warming up to the idea of playing through an Orange. The AD30 interests me the most. It can go from 7 to 30 watts. Seems ideal for bedroom as well as gigs.
I'm mostly going to be playing the overdriven "rebel rebel" kind of style you're playing, I'm still not sure wether to get the classic vibe or the classic standard though. I just really want to have the nice overdriven treble sound you hear in alot of british rock and 70s punk.

@HawK047 yeah I mean either way, I think either guitar would work, but since this has a more 'custom' look if you will, I'd prob. go for the white and black punk rock look on the 50's style. Reminds me more of the kind of thing your into, and that's purely a cosmetic suggestion btw. Both guitars could easily do what you want, I just think the 50s one fits the punk vibe more. Try em both!

@ia5662
Did you play the "regular" CV 50s Tele(the one with maple fretboard)? If so, which one would be better for chilis stuff? Great demo btw!

@WashbearAlert yes and it's a great guitar as well, however if you like the Chili's then you know John plays a 60's double-bound Tele that looks exactly like this one and uses a rosewood fretboard. I think that's your best bet for replicating that tone.
