@xtamared The 1GB RAM is very limiting on more demanding games and demos, especially at surround resolutions. At 5760X1080, they can handle most games at high-max details @45-60fps, but you can forget about anything more than 2X AA.
That 6970 Xfire setup is looking more and more tempting. I just don't wanna drop the ca$h right now.

@mydecember1985 I used to have SLI 460's but I found that 460's SLI terribly compared with some of the other nvidia cards.

@pcvideogamer cool. just got a 3D TV and looking forward to seeing some of these in 3D. I really think I should've gone ATI. Nvidia 3D vision works on alot of them, but only at 1080p24 or 720p60. I have to use IZ3D drivers to get 1080p60. And the IZ drivers are buggy (don't support SLI) with the demos.
I'm really considering an ATI 6990/6970 setup. 1 main card (6990) that'll handle anything with the IZ drivers, then kick in another 6970 in XFire for my triple-head.
did you capture in real-time or kkapture? Does SLI hurt your FPS in tech demos usually? Cus I have 2X1GB 460s in SLI, and I get crap framerates around 1:35 to 2:10 with all the 'water' scenes. like 4-7 FPS. The rest is decent @ bout 25-40 FPS

@mydecember1985 real time, split the output from a 5970 HDMI, one to monitor the other to HD.PVR :)
