tha is the shape and form of the pattern but some parts are slopy (the cuting angles are wrong/off) also im 5th generation haidong gumdo and my masters (master 6th dan) does the backwards sping jump cut sections with both hands on the hilt.

Blue dobok, red belt, runs forward like crazy?
Holy shit :o
-
@Seekthewillow "look alot better"? Perhaps forms are for aesthetics only...
Again, footwork and coordination. You almost lose balance after the three backwards skips (at around 00:41). This is due to the haste, etc...
Please read my comment on Form 11 regarding your footwork and coordination, as I really do believe that if you were to practice less on speed (and perpetuate bad habits exhibited in Form 1), less about the blade and more of the whole - you will improve dramatically.
-
@Seekthewillow indeed speed its not all if lacks of tech hail to you and every one i HDGD expect to see you in the WC in 2010 - 2012
-
I just started HDGD, but i have vast experience in other sword arts and martial arts and I find IMPOSSIBLE that you literally RUN over 20 linear yards in a form of any kind, it also looks very cirquesque in my opinion.

sorry i never checked my email i teach haidong gumdo and i think everyone slacks off on this form...even i do if i get a chance ill make a video and put it up. Im very busy but i do it eventually.
-
Starlessheart, where's your video response?
He admits that he has not yet learned the form.
You obviously appear to know it, please show us.
-
wow starlessheart, don't be a hater.
keep up the good work :)
I'm sorry but I think maybe you've performed this pattern too fast and you've dropped technique as a result. Otherwise good.
