  • should i get a blueray or get an EXI 450 and make my own as my first heli and use this method, I have practiced on a simulator for hours now and want to start flying

  • @mikajmd

It's up to you, check out the FAQ section on my website. Also check out the 450 CF SE recommended setup as well. I like the DX6i as a training Tx.

If you are good at building and you have the patience, the EXI 450 arf makes a good first CP heli. Check out the new vid of a student of mine flying that combo.

  • Hey Blueray ,just found your part 1+2 of your radd method videos .After mastering 3 different size coAxes my wife surprised me with a 250 size new mid level CP heliand your videos have me looking to see if there a series and if so where and how I can access them? Thanks for a great begging for me into the CP realm!

  • SO HELPFUL! i bought a trex 450 clone called Titan 450, metal parts all over.

first 6ch. thought i could just jump straight into cruising around my yard...

    blades are expensive.

im going to be doing these steps, for quite a while.

    THANKS AGAIN!

ANY recommendation for t6config setup for a noob like myself?

i know there out there and toning the response down on these 450 clones would help alot of people i imagine....

  • Great Video Blueray Helped me allot with my HK-450GT

  • Thank you, these are fantastic vid's,they put everything in perspective for me,again thank you. Tom

  • I just bought my first helicopter, a Blue Ray 450 SE. I'm hoping this method will save me a lot of money since I'm just starting out! Thanks for the instruction!

  • I totally agree, I gained confidence and learned to " feel" my machine on the radio, this is the fastest, smartest, best way to learn ever ! You don't break parts when you actually learn to fly.......duh.....wish I would have discovered Radd's a long time ago.
