  • I like this song because of it's progressive intensity. It starts out mild, and gradually through the song it turns into something of an undeniable musical experience. It could be used as metaphor for so many instances in life including life its self.

  • @anotherepinogue he sings about his past to, and the story symbolizes how he found peace and love in God and how the dad did too.

  • @AnotherEpigone i think it is difficult for people who do not have a relationship to God to understand what Christian is writing about. Blindside lyrics were also so much more praise and worship than those praise songs written specifically for public singing. the intensity, the honesty always got me.

  • Sorry, but IMO this video doesn't fit this song at all. I'm glad that people can get something out of it and relate to it's message but it doesn't go with the theme of "When I Remember" at all. Just listen to the lyrics. It's about Jesus and His redemptive power and lovingkindness. What does an alcoholic father/son story have to do with that. • Love this song. I don't like how they used this song to portray it the way they did though. It is about a relationship with Christ and about how He never gave up on those he loves. But I grew up with alcoholic parents, and in result started getting drunk at an early age. It turned into doing drugs, until I started selling drugs to people I knew through high school. But The Lord never gave up on me. :)

  • My arm just started hurting.

  • I remember when this video came out. It was very emotional sounding for me.

  • Awesome idea, drawings, and song. Very Original!

  • i like this video because it reminds me of my uncle and how i wish he would stop the habits (drinking) that he has got himself into. and how i hope my music and my faith will help him turn over a new leaf
