Hello everyone! Happy New Year! I haven't posted since last year (that sounds awful) and this video is a recap of last week's weigh in as well as today's weigh in. Last week, I lost 0.6lb and that put my current weight at 131.8. At today's weigh in, I lost 2.4 lbs and that puts my current weight at 129.4. So, I am back in the 120's and couldn't be happier. Also included in this video: My mom's first week of weight loss success, a quick review of the foods/snacks I eat during the week, and my new year's resolution.   • The string cheese is one of my favorite 1pt. snacks! Sometimes I cut up a string cheese, a Roma tomato, add basil & EVOO and make a little 2pt. Caprece salad. =)

  • That sounds delicious! Do you watch 30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray? I love that show and your use of EVOO made me think that lol. :D

  • Thanks Jess! The 120's does feel amazing and I know that you will be there soo soon!! Your determination is what gets me through my cravings so many times. I just log onto You Tube and watch your vids! And although the last food I showed in my video tastes yummy, it's not good for me at all (just guilty pleasure), so you're not missing out on much, haha :)

  • You don't need to loose weight. Even in your older videos you look great. Just try to maintain instead of loose. Nice video though.

  • i have tryed over 30 different diet pills i drank green tea for two weeks i only eat two times a day less then 1,000 a day i dont have any sugar in my coffee or ice tea i dont eat junk food and i cant lose even one pound my belly is so fat and i fill full even when i dont eat i only go to the bathroom 3 times a week i have been to doctor's they say everyone is different i tell them even DOG'S go every day i have stoped going to the doctor's a year ago i think i need my colon cleaned out yes or n

  • hey your very inspring and pretty I also lost w/ Weight watchers 50 lbs once b4 yea food has always caused alot pain when im thin its such a great feeling what i like bout weight watchers is the meeting it really works Im currently using another company and its been one week i lost 3 lbs good luck & god bless

    I do that too with fruit and the weight watchers yogurt but I use apples pear and banana, and have it for breakfast.

    Your video made me sooo hungry had to go get a drink of water. lol
