3 Boys Killed As They Flee Calif. Highway Patrol

A 15-year-old driver, his younger brother, and another boy were killed when they fled a Calif. Highway Patrol officer, and their car plowed into a home, authorities said Thursday. (Jan. 29)

The 15 yr. old driver was old enough to know not to run from the law.either he was not raised properly or he was just a bad seed. the cops were merely doing their job. they see a car run a red light & the boy should have pulled over, but instead he chose his fate. sad but true.

The cop exascerbated and elevated the situation -- made it much more dangerous -- which they seem to be more and more prone to do. That's very bad policy on the part of police. They need to fix it.

They didn't kill anyone, except themselves. So your point is moot about what COULD have happened.

The kids could have ran some one else over, and killed them. The real victim is the person with the damaged house. The boys made their choice themselves. I agree it sucks to see anyone die especially you young kids, but they are not victims. They choose to steal a car, then choose to run from the police driving the car into a house.
