Wallis Ranch is a mostly medium and medium-high density multi-family development project West of Silvera Ranch. Dublin City Council approved a 15-year Development Agreement for Wallis Ranch in exchange for $1M of payment into the City's General Funds. The amount of $1M was calculated using decade-old valuation at $100K/year for the 10 years added to the standard 5-year term of a Development Agreement. No residential density reduction was required as part of this 10-year Development Agreement extension.
