  • Thanks, Dathan! These are great....do you also do strength training for the legs or does that negatively affect your turnover?

  • How many times should we perform each drill? How often?

  • @daniel15051996 arms are a big part of running. That's why a lot of runners work a little bit on upper body, because the power with their arms allows them to go faster.

  • Admiral attempt to do drills, but again we still have the best distance runners in the US not understanding how to do running drills. The understanding of why we do them is vastly improved from 5 years ago. Nice job Dathan!
