All his respectable service to the nation aside, it's probably good that he didn't win in 2008, although I did vote for him as the best GOP candidate in the primaries.

I'm a Republican from Arizona and never did like McCain. He talks too much and seems too eager to use our troops in the middle east. I prefer Ron Paul's positions over the rest but may settle for Romney. Santorum blew it for me when he recently made statements about how he would launch a preemptive attach against Iran to prevent them from having the bomb (the kind like Israel has). No wonder they hate us.
