I've noticed that you eat cottage cheese... I love it and use it a lot (especially when I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder and some fruit;-) but I keep hearing/reading that you shouldnt eat a lot of dairy products when trying to lose body fat as it slows it down a lot... would you agree with this? Thanks;-)

For an athelete the rules may be different but eating so many eggs adds a lot to your cholesterol. Normally men should only eat 2 eggs per day or women 1 egg. ??

I just need to point out that buying frozen fruits and vege doesn't compromise on the quality - it was picked and flash-freezed so all the nutritional benefits are locked in. Sometimes it's even better than fresh because fresh food are sometimes not even picked ripe - time is needed to transport it, package it, ect ect - so it's riped without the nutrients from the plants.

Hey Dustin, I am really into this whole healthy eating thing and I was wondering if you could help me out a bit. What do you think about this diet plan 100% Whole Grain Bread, Olive Oil Based Light Margarine, Grapes, Oranges, Apples, Tomatoes, Pineapple, Broccoli etc.. I feel like a rabbit =) I am alergic to Fish so I was thinking Boiled egg for protein. what do you think?
@oscuntproductions:
I would stay away from margarine, they are fake and have transfats. Eating whole grains is very important as well as fruits and veggies. Boiled eggs are great, so it low fat dairy, lean meat, chicken, and raw nuts... all good for protein

Blue berries and blackberries aren't high in protein, but are very high in antioxidants.

No, unsweetened means there are no added sugars, fake or real. There is just the sugar that is natural in the apples, usually around 12 grams per serving.
