"At the Cebu Capitol"

The inmates of CPDRC performed a surprise number in front of Capitol. This performance was a request by the inmates as their contribution to the 438th Founding anniversary Celebration. The Governor and Provincial Officials were so moved that they included all 1500+ inmates in the giving of the mid-year bonus for Capitol employees. Each inmate was given P1,000.00 pesos ($US 22.00)an incentive for good behavior. The inmates want to express their heartfelt gratitude to the people of the world. Pls. pass the good news!

I'm well aware of that but I believe in reform. They did things they will never be proud of for the rest of their lives but they're now paying for it. If God forgives, who are we to judge them? being out of jail doesn't make us better persons than they are... I just wish others have the virtue to see past their uniforms and come face to face with reality that they're also but humans.. they committed mistakes but then who doesn't?

Alam nyo nakaka iyak tingnan siya na masaya at sumasayaw...dahil nasa puso nila at isipan na may lugar pa sila sa mundo at di pa tapos ang kanilang buhay sa loob ng bilangoan...dahil may pag-asa pang mag bagong buhay... at salamat na naka isip sila ng paraan para di ma bored sa loob ng bilanguan.. thanks ..blademier @ mindanao
