@tvsinesperanto Yeah, I suppose it's a fairly entertaining way to pass the time, but in my time I have never seen anything concrete come out of these debates. These people refuse to change their mind. It's really quite sad, because I believe in making conclusions based on evidence and logic while they largely ignore both.

1) I enjoy making idiots attempt or, more usually, utterly fail to attempt, to justify their ridiculous & poorly thought out claims, thereby demonstrating to all & sundry how stupid they are (the comments, not necessarily the person, although that is also often true)

2) The thought that some naive person may read stupid comments like his & accept them for lack of rebuttal, sticks in my craw

3) It's just fun to fuck with morons
