  • When I read or when someone keeps putting down GOD and JESUS that just makes me believe more and more on the word of the LORD. All these people putting us down is exactly what CHRIST was talking about when he said " people will hate you because of me". The day will come when we are all on our knees before him believe it or not his coming GOD bless ALL of you even if you hate me.. I love you.

If the Bible is truly, as you say, a book of "fairy tales with no facts to back it up," then please explain to me this: why has it endured for so long? Why are people still living for God and sacrificing everything for the sake of the Call, even their very lives? You're right about one thing: faith IS believing without evidence, which takes far more courage than thumbing your nose at those who choose to follow Christ.

  • @MegaBlackViolet Believing in something because a bible, Quran, or whatever says so is no reason to live your life by it. Because the bible says there's a hell doesn't mean that there's a hell. It's all fairy tales with no facts to back it up. "Faith" just means you'll believe without evidence. There's nothing honorable about that, and frankly, it's scary that people put so much stock into faith. It's why we lunatics who would do terrible things in the name of an invisible man

  • @CookieWalka

Perhaps the butt of a joke perpetrated by atheists and secularists, who claim there is no God, and heaven and hell are what we choose to make them to be here on earth. The Bible says those places are real; furthermore, it also tends to put a damper on sin, which is really what irritates you about religion, isn't it? The thought of giving up your wordly "fun" and placing your faith in what and Whom you cannot see, hear or touch simply goes against the grain, doesn't it?

  • @MegaBlackViolet I think it's a joke that people still believe in the garbage that religions have been spilling over the last several thousand years. It's the believers in this garbage who are the butt of the joke.

  • @CookieWalka

You have my pity. You seem to think of Christianity as some sort of joke played on mankind by some cosmic being. But every joke has a punch line; I certainly hope yours is not an eternity in hell. Faced with your own mortality, I don't think you'll be laughing.

  • @AmazingGrace3467 LOL if you had actual "proof" then you'd be one popular dude. There's something scary about people who think that God speaks to them. I guess I should imagine Jesus and bang his imaginary ass, then I'd have a real close relationship with him, I guess.

  • @CookieWalka It's not the belief. It's the forgiveness from God that you have to accept. I have proof that Jesus is real. There are other accounts other than the Bible that has Jesus in them. They aren't fairy tales and its not religion. It's a relationship with Jesus Christ

  • @teestrypzSOG I love that song!

  • @AmazingGrace3467 it makes zero sense that a belief in something should outweigh the actual things you do in real life. This "God" that you believe in must be some egomaniac. This whole religion thing is beyond irrational, and it's a hilarious that so many people still believe in these fairy tales in this day and age.
