@superhadoman Once again in all fairness they worked diligently to fix the problem. As I type this im pulling 51ms latency at 5:30 pm.Ive had 5 visits from techs physically coming out here and the same tech 3 times, who eventually got it running right. They moved my routing line to another place and so far it seems to have worked. Ill post back if it goes to shit.

Windstream is the absolute WORST provider ever. Unfortunatley for me, I live in an area with no other providers. So that leaves them free to rape and rob us all. They charge $70/month for 3M dl package which is retarded. To top it off, I can barely even get the speed I pay for. I had two trouble tickets opened with them which they never called me back on. I'm currently on my second BBB comlpaint. 600ms pings to a server 50 miles away. Worst service EVER.
windstream is awful, speeds arent as promised, extremely high latency/ping, and aawful customer support. their customer support purposely left a chat on their website becuase he couldnt fix my problem

In all fairness windstream was AWESOME in the early 2000s, so much that I got them in 2008 when I loved to my new place. I even upgraded to the 6m package. For awhile I had a constant 38 to 39 latency. Now that number is 69 to 70 at the BEST times only. Other than that and as of this instant, well just look at my video called "Windstream Speed Milledgeville Ga Lake Sinclair Area 7pm - midnight". During those times its HORRIBLE.
