My patterdale max is the same hes a rough arse ! Loves playing with big dogs go straight for the neck more fat the better to chew on!!

@oklacityg thanks for the comment did you get yours as a puppy or was it big already because mine keeps nipping and biting on us which sometimes hurts my kids hopefully he grows out from doing that I close his mouth and close it and tell him no all the time he does it but keeps playing sometimes

@oklacityg You have chosen a great Dog. I know 2 of Her brothers well and they are great dogs too. Far superior than either of the pure-breed parents. (In my opinion)

@matdelta1 I re-homed a litter of 9 pups from a pedigree Rottweiler. The father was a pedigree black Labrador. As yours is 5 months old, It probably has it's baby teeth that are razor sharp. Sasha (my cross) was terrible for nipping, just as any of my other dogs were as pups and I think most dogs are the same. They think it's playing. I have a 2 year old and I'd trust Sasha with him far more than my Border Collie, Terrier or my Whippet/Border Collie cross. She has the patience of a saint...
