  • Hi I've made this soup several times and I love it, but I'm currently out of the country and can not locate Italian Sausage. Does anyone know what I can use to replace the sausage? Ground Beef? Thanks

  • Love it ..Thank you... The only change I made was I leave the skin's on the potatoes

  • Use a bigger knife to cut the bacon. Boning knives are meant to cut meat from bone and skin, like fish fillet. You'll save time and effort.
