Video is great! Dave Foley played Capt Bean a little on the country bumpkin side but it was the best of all the episodes! I meet Alan Bean and he doesn't quite love how he was portrayed either but actors always have to have their own takes of the person's life they're trying to portray especially when they're still alive and watching!

Oh, I loved this episode. It was great how they did a spotlight on something that wasn't just about technological advancements, or milestones in space travel, but just about an infamously close group of astronauts. So heartwarming.

...And that smile! How can you not love someone with a warm smile like that? I wish Dave would get some more roles like this one.

Best crew in the Apollo program! Alan bean said somewhere that his best memories of this mission are of his friends, not just the moon. Everyone who knew and worked with Conrad and Gordon says this.

You have to buy the box set. I bought it for $95.00 a couple of years ago. I found it at best buy a year ago for $15.00. The best episode is the Dave Foley one. Just a wierd coincidence Stephen Root is in the mini-series.
