its alot of reasons thoe why razor bumps can form...dirty razor blade, or sometimes we get confused by ingrown hair being a razor bump etc...i agree thoe with the comment be 100% clean, meaning clean your razor blade etc but for me i can get a bump or two if i press to hard on my skin when iam shaving, so it kinda depends to me but please after you shave dilute some tea tree oil and apply directly in those sore areas. works great at clearing them up.
