35 day juice feast - Saftfest by Rohtopia

Earlier this year, I did a 5 week juice feast.

I consumed up to 4 litres of freshly prepared juice per day, 75 % of which were vegetables and 25 % fruit.

I did this because I was suffering from countless allergies, resulting in painfully swollen skin rash and fever and I was hoping to heal that.

I documented it by taking a photo of my face every other day to see whether there would be any visible changes.

I only realised in the end that a juice feast does not only transform your physical self; there is also emotional shifting, detox - you name it - going on.




And that's what makes it worth doing it. Go for it :)

@sweetlolly4791 at the end of the whole thing it's all good again, i did not get as much rest as what would have been good. The whole purpose of the juicing was to clean my body of all the medications I had taken before - steroid, cortison, painkillers - to numb down unexplainable skin rashes. It worked. I haven't had any since.
