This is set of kawasaki H2-C (1975) Carbs. These carbs had been left 20+ years with fuel in them.
When we first opened them up we found the float bowls full of sludge and most of the galleries blocked.

    BTW, where is the float? Can ultrasonic harm

    thin brass?

  • Thanks, we run at 33Khz, as for the float, we strip all the parts down and clean separately.

    Ultrasonic will not damage the thin brass, but the chemicals used might.

    do you give me an advise for best result to name of chemicals?

  • what is the make and model of the ultrasonic cleaner? how many liters is it?

  • what kind of fluid are you using

  • touching those parts after you pull them out of the solution won't damage your skin?

  • just sold a nice 1972 H2 unfinished project on ebay to a very happy man in the netherlands. these are really a hot item nowadays.

  • will this clean all the little passages out like the pilot circuits, ect?
