Seems a bit of overkill. Big recovery trucks can right that mess. Hey -- if you have 'em handy, why not? He is a dumbass for not having the outside outriggers extended. No reason not to have them out there.
@AC160 hello ac 160...:)In poland, in my city,about 2 years ago, i go tu ,,coking plant,,and operator 40 ton crane,dont use ,,support paws,, in 2 side....end he lift weight 9 ton material...i was in a stete of shock..Crane tiltet on wheels...:) i am greeting gmk 4100;)
It is incredible that the operator does not have run support legs at the other side. If something happens, such a wire breaks, there will be a risk that the crane is going backwards.
