@doubleAAgaming like my evo 9 that has $20,000 of mods and they mean like putting fake vents etc. ricer is puttin shit on cars that doesnt need to be there in the first place (fake vents for instance) left my evos extierior stock looks good as it is, and $10,000 kits? you can get a garret twin scroll ballbearing turbo, with the accesories it needs included (wastgate, oil feed line, oil drain line, etc) for about $3,000 - $5000, depending on the AR, wastgate etc.

@an6310fd3ath i totally agree with that. i wouldnt even but a wing on a car. i have a wing but its stock "94 honda civic" but i mean the people that get vitals,HID lights and even new taillights doesnt make you a ricer. i mean today people will go around calling cars ricers just because there jealous. it happend to me when i first bought my car. its got no vitals its re painted and rims and i get called a ricer? i get what your saying thow

sooo your saying anyone that has money and wants to make there car look nice is a ricer? lmao!!! sounds to me they just hate or cars and or people that have money to spend on there car. so they dont want there car looking like a old ass mustle car? they want there car looking high tech. hmm it takes about $1,000 to make your car look and sound bad ass but for you to be a "tuner" you have to spend $10,000 kits (that most people wouldnt do in the first place unless they have money sitting around
