Hey beautiful Val...
It's my answer to all questions I know, but what I do when life is getting me down is create something. Anything. When life is getting a bit too rough and I draw, or paint, or build something. It keeps my hands and my mind busy for a while and I find when I go back to thinking about my problems.... they seem smaller :)
I am yet, however, to draw anything that rivals a Val/X-Men hybrid!

books help me. taking on a different character helps me stop thinking about my own problems, like my job and school and people who are supposed to be my friends.
