Hi there

I am experiencing a problem with my Cuttlebug Plus as well as my Marianne Creatables cutting dies. When I have run it through my Cuttlebug, the paper seems to have embedded itself in the "grooves"of the plate. It sits so tight that it doesn't come out easily and when I use a needle to take it out, I sometimes damage the board. Any ideas on how to get the paper out easily and with out damaging the paper will be welcome. Thank you

@titansmistress it is normal for the die to stick in the plate a little bit, but more so if the cutting edges are new and really sharp. She may need to purchase a small spatula to lift it out. I would not use a needle. Small bits of paper may stick in the plate which is normal.

I have heard of some people who sand their plates when they get to rough, but only lightly, as to much sanding will affect the thickness of the plate which may affect the cutting pressure.

The problem some people are having is that they do not remove the CB Embossing Plus Folder from the cardboard packing. Make sure you are removing that by removing the green tabs holding it to the folder. Once this is removed, you should be able to run it through your machine.

My new Plus die won't turn thru my Cuttlebug. Using A-B-B and it's just too tight. Not sure what to do
