This is my son Nathaniel. The video was taken in September of 2007. He has a condition which allows him to dislocate and move his scapula and pull his arms over his head while connected from his back side to his front side and vise versa without ever disconnecting the hands. Just watch :)

  • No the doctor did not call it Ehlers Danlos Syndrome....it was basically something else that related to double jointedness. He doesn't do that very often honestly and to make one thing clear. I do not make my child do this. He does it because he likes to and he comes to me showing me what all he can do. He can make his shoulder blades pop out and move (I call it chicken wings) & he jump ropes his arms forward or backward, twists arms and brings over head like in a pretzel form. All in fun.

  • I can't recall the name for some reason I want to say it is called Hypermobility but seems the doctor gave it some fancy name. If I remember I'll find out and post it.
