My Shoulders were sore after BenchPressing on Monday . Just did the warm up exactly as shown, now the soreness in gone. Looking forward to working out tomorrow. Thanks for the simple and effective video

5lbs definitely might be too much to start with for that many reps. I think like the aforementioned 2.5lbs or no weight would be better (for newbies or anyone). You don't want your shoulders to be too exhausted. After your chest workout I would do the same "exercises" with no weight. But hey, if 5lbs suits you for that many reps without inhibiting your presses than more power to you. Good tips here.

@MisterMannerisms I have been doing them for a while, 5lb is light for me… but yes, no weights works well too.
