  • hahaha… Yes it is a warm up before starting your heavy shoulder workout.

  • 5lbs definitely might be too much to start with for that many reps. I think like the aforementioned 2.5lbs or no weight would be better (for newbies or anyone). You don't want your shoulders to be too exhausted. After your chest workout I would do the same "exercises" with no weight. But hey, if 5lbs suits you for that many reps without inhibiting your presses than more power to you. Good tips here.

  • @MisterMannerisms I have been doing them for a while, 5lb is light for me… but yes, no weights works well too.

  • My Shoulders were sore after BenchPressing on Monday . Just did the warm up exactly as shown, now the soreness in gone. Looking forward to working out tomorrow. Thanks for the simple and effective video
