Street Corner Symphony joined by Ben Folds singing Ben's "Gone" a cappella (originally from the Rockin' the Suburbs album) from the season finale of Season 2 of The Sing-Off. The arrangement is by SCS's own Mark McLemore.

Ben may not be the best singer out of the three judges, but he has the best "ear." He hears and points out what the other two have not heard or mentioned. And that makes him a qualified judge for the show.
He is an extremely talented musician as well.

yo for real anyone who doesent 'get' Ben is a fucking jacktard...... yeah maybe he isnt the best vocalist live but in this day and age? are you serious? have you heard some of these bleach blonde fake titty "Diva's" do a live show? no prob not cuz they are garbage. Ben is a master composer and Pianist in addition to a terrifc song writer. Anyway on his live CD's he sounds better just like anyone else, I dont see homie from Boys2Men singing in this shit, not that I watched it, just caught this

anyone who rips ben's singing in this song doesnt understand his mystique. if you havent heard the original version of this song, check it out and you should understand how awesome the arrangement was. i thought out of all the groups that did a song with a judge/or sara bareilles, this one was the coolest. i had goosebumps after seeing it the first time. Props to Ben Folds, King of the nerds!!

Ben's not known for being a terrific vocalist...it's his magic that he pens these great songs with...and of course his fierce piano playing!
