The fattening of goose and duck livers occur naturally in nature when the birds gorge themselves to store fat for migration. In farms these birds are force fed through funnels which don't harm them. Remember, the anatomy of a bird is far different from the anatomy of a human.

If these followers want to do something powerful, they need to go to McDonalds or another fast food chain and protest FACTORY FARMING, which I believe is far worse than force-feeding a duck or goose.
