Before I go anywhere, here's my specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 920 (currently at 3.1GHz)
Asus M3a78-T 790GX(0903 BIOS)
Corsair XMS2 PC6400 800MHz 4096MB RAM(running at about 900MHz)
EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 SC@ 688/1483/1053
Western Digital Black Series 500 GB sata HDD
Zalman HP-850 850w Semi Modular PSU
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 RC(build 7100)
CoolerMaster V8 CPU Cooler
NZXT Tempest Midtower
I'm using Rygel's High Res Texture mod(makes a HUGE difference), which can be found here:
http://www.fileplanet.com/194747/190000/fileinfo/Crysis-Warhead---Rygel-High-...
And the Warhead CCC config:
http://files.filefront.com/CCC+Warhead+v300/;13462130;/fileinfo.html
I'm only using 4+ level(second from highest, equivalent to normal Very High/Enthusiast settings), because the highest one has an odd glitch where it blurs people's faces in cutscenes....
While recording with Fraps, I get a NEAR constant 30fps, and while playing normally(with the highest config level and texture mod), I get between 35-50fps in almost all situations..
The point of this vid, is that I wanted to see how it'd run while recording, and in the near future I plan on recording the entire game, beginning to end, cutscenes and all and upping it to YT..
One problem... I'm having issues with Fraps where the audio is a bit off sync, which is why I put music in place of the in game sounds...
I may have to use Xfire, which isnt a problem, but I prefer the convenience of Fraps..
Please excuse any pauses or anything of that nature, this was only a test, so I wasnt really focused on just playing... When I do the campaign run-through, I'll be more focused and will try playing with little to no interruptions at all...
Hope you liked my Vid.
Music:
Rammstein-Rosenrot -Du Hast -Moskau(Feat. TATU)
EDIT: On a side note, I wont be using Windows Movie Maker for my full vids... The highest output res seems to be 480p.. It looks ok in my opinion, but a bit low res for a game like Crysis Warhead(cant really show off anything visual.)..
How much money did you spend overall in that PC?

If you were to build a new rig, same specs as mine, you'd spend about 800 bucks... But in total, I've spent about 1200 for this build alone, and in total, including past CPU's and GPU's(just in the last year and a half since I started seriously gaming on the PC), I've spent around 2500 bucks.. I'm addicted to upgrading and shite..
