Scottish Labour Leader Wendy Alexander MSP and her campaign team have admitted breaking a serious electoral law that carries a one year prison sentence and unlimited fine.

She is not resigning to save the face of Labour at Westminster. Once again Scottish Labour have shown thier complete disregard for Scotland and shown emphatically that, even in the Scottish Parliament, London's demands will always come first.

As you will see this was posted on December 10, 2007 and as you well know Wendy was in no way been cleared it was decided by her friends in the Electoral Commision that despite Wendy breaking, and admitting to break the law she would not be reported to the procurator fiscal for prosecution due to 'insufficient' evidence.

No intellgient person would call this being 'cleared' unless you are a solicitor working in the practice of Alexander, Alexander and Brown Ltd situated in Ovenchips East.
