DIPECHO Animation Cartoon Laily (Bangla Version)

This is a educational animation cartoon on child based disaster risk reduction in the context of Bangladesh. It highlights how even the children can make a difference reducing the risks of an upcoming disaster by becoming part of the culture of safety through preparedness. The cartoon was produced jointly by the DIPECHO Partners Bangladesh (ActionAid, Concern Universal, Concern Worldwide, Islamic Relief Worldwide and Plan Bangladesh) under the 4th DIPECHO Action Plan with financial support from European Commission Humanitarian Aid & Civil Protection.
