In the mid 90's the Flyers were consistently one of the top teams in their conference. in 05-06, Crosby's rookie year, the Penguins were the 2nd worst team in the entire league yet Crosby still amassed 102 points. That's nearly twice as much as the second best player in the Penguins team, Sergei Gonchar, who didn't even get close to Crosby's numbers with 58 points...
