I have a very important question, would you want to use this grounding method before recording, or would it be better to get the full default pickup sound? i have a jackson but won't be stopping during songs just wondering anyone's opinion.

Fret Buzz: This is why Jackson is my favorite guitar. I love to play a guitar that has low strings.
-
My EMG's do make that noise, even with my hands on the strings.. i don't know why that is happening..

The noise prob is a grounding prob dip shit, go to a GC and have them fix the grounding cable

I'm trying to figure out how you'd get noise reduction by removing the back plate for the floyd :/

Either way though man your video's are great ! Keep them coming!!!

Also my custom shop king v's truss rod is dead center and I've never had any tuning or intonation issues. I also own an esp m II and it's a great guitar but the Jackson is astronomically better in every category. I know a custom shop guitar is totally different all together than a usa select but can the difference be that much?

I really like your video it's helpful and informative but... I have to disagree about the pick up noise and sheilding statement. I had an Ibanez with duncans in it and it made a little noise. I switched to emg's and the noise was instantly gone. I like seymour's tone better but emg's are always less noisy than seymour duncans. I have found that active p- ups are always less noisy but that's from my own personal experience.
i like the music in between slides :) its like motivation music or something hahaha
