This video shows you how I made a 4'x'8' dry erase white board for $35. It shows the parts to get at Home Depot. Can see more info at http://www.White-Boards.org.

  • This is really helpful, thanks for saving us all a bunch of money... am getting a database error on your website...

  • @sitbyme - Thanks for letting me know. I fixed it.

  • dude i was looking for this board 2 days :))) thanks to you i found it ...

    nice video

  • @nexyevo - Glad you liked it. My whiteboard is still going strong. If it ever gets worn, I can just get a new one and slide it into the frame.

  • do you have problems with ghosting?

  • @italouruguayricano - I've found that you cannot erase too hard on this board or it will rub off the slippery coating after a while. If you have stuff on there for a while, use some glass cleaner like windex and spray on and use a rag to do a mass erase.

  • If you use that plastic on the right side video "How to make a whiteboard" all you have to do from here is cover it in that plastic, and replace it whenever you want. Isn't youtube just the best?? :)

  • loved this idea - seriously. I think this is really clever. Thank you.

  • DUDE! Thank you so much for posting this video on youtube bro! Thanks a lot! I was saving up a lot of money to purchase an expensive whiteboard but now that I see I can make myself my own whiteboard I'm totally going to make one! Thanks so much man!

  • Also, website does not work. Landing page for some link farm.

  • Home Depot no longer carries this product. Haven't been able to find it for this price elsewhere.

  • can you get this in the English B&q

  • As soon as i saw this video I knew it was for. I originally got rustoleum dry erase paint which did not work at all. It isn't dry erase... I might call it scrub erase however. So after that money was wasted, i started looking for alternatives. I went to lowe's and found the tileboard they were talking about, I tested it in the aisle sneak status, and it worked! I've only had it for a few days, but there is no ghosting and works great!
