  • Interesting how the last question of this segment presupposes that Kennedy was assassinated. Is one really to believe that it was wrong for Stone to bring this all to light?

  • Its a bit silly to say that bush was so horrible for america. Bush didnt do very much. Most of what was done was because of Dick Cheney.

  • right off the bat this reporter suggests oliver stone is "angry" and that people no longer see his movies lol this reporter isnt biased at all

  • @ElAlexxis @mookixox I'm getting a bit sick of explaining this...Sackur isnt some Bill O'Reilly style propaganda merchant. He interviews EVERYONE like this, playing a kind of devil's advocate... and given the political nature of Stones' films, I think Sackur's perfectly entitled to go at it from that angle.

...and as a commenter from another vid wisely said...the programme is called HARDtalk for a very good reason

  • You know a reporter is evil when he interrupts the interview subject midway thru every sentence. Like Sam Donaldson always does.

Add to that, an obvious closet fag.

  • see Jim Garrison interview regarding President JFK assasination.

  • By the end of Part 2 of this interview it seems to me that the interviewer's chief aim is to undermine Stone's credibility. Hopefully most people aren't fooled.

  • I think this interview's interesting in that Stone's intelligence and articulation is highlighted as is his ability to handle difficult interviews. Additionally, I respect Sackur for his preparedness and ability to press for more succinct answers from Stone on topics which he's commented upon previously. I don't see Sackur as a "moron." His tenacity and vocal inflections during some of the questioning are decidedly English, but I see that as stylistic. Five stars, IMO.

  • Oliver, please come to Russia
