@9b8 i did the same thing with a 4 liter ranger comming out of a dealership, except i got, "what do you call that stunt" all the while he did have a shit eatin grin on his face, haha but i did get a ticket.

You simply don't get that kind of response if you drive rice cars (note the 'i'). I got pulled once for doing a "power slide." I was in a turn lane making a legal U-turn after coming from a gas station. I hit it just slightly to break loose and slide her around. He asked what was the getting sideways about and I said "did I? I didn't think I broke loose." He said "ohhhhhhh yeaaaaaaaaaaahhhh, you did. But if I was driving one of these I'd probably be doing the same thing." He let me go.
