Shouldn't WHAT TO PLOT be set to LAYOUT? You set printing it to EXTEND, so your final print won't be in 1/8" scale. Or am I wrong here?

@jazu40 Changing your plot scale either by the Zoom XP method or droplist in newer version is what determines the scale.
