Man, it is so freaking sad to see all this. The reason it is, is well because of the obvious cracks heads and etc.
Back then Hastings was like Vegas, it had tons of Neon street lights on 24/7. It was the street that never "slept". Also, it was sung about in an AC/DC song. And now....just look at it, really sad.

lost of gangs, prostitutes and other crime but still a nice place as long as your not a part of that stuff. Wasnt the best place for me to grow up though.
