4 Time abs is an excellent exercise for training the lower abdominal muscles. We advice you include this exercise into your abs workout.

Abs Training Notes: we must clarify one thing regarding the training of this muscle: the "rectus abdominus" (straight muscle of the abdomen) is a single broad muscle, although it is often erroneously classified into upper and lower abs. In reality, these terms only indicate areas of the straight muscle that can be stimulated though targeted exercises that still work the entire straight muscle of the abdomen.

  • Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

  • OMG.... this is awesome... I felt the burn... I'm gonna try and do some every morning

  • are the legs should be lowered all the way to the ground or be a little above the ground??

  • I can't keep my back flat on the ground is that a bad thing?

  • Scissors? I couldn't find a video on ab scissors.

  • @Birdman721000 no,u must keep your legs above 5cm form the ground, so that u can train your downward muscles

  • For this exercise, do our feet touch the ground at the end?
