Welfare and the fatherless home (employed father) really messed the black community up. Only a man can raise a boy into a man, men teaches boys that life don't care about your excuses (suck it up, grow some balls and stop crying), most women have a hard time understanding this because society generally feels sorry for women and not for men (which is not a bad thing). Boys who grow up without a father think, life will baby and cuddle them like mama and they never grow up.
