gimp - sai - photoshop
i need more practice with shading.. (anime effect)
those guy who good with sai can easily do this..
but im not very good at sai.. coz most of the time i use photoshop
so its kind suck

try set the sketch layer to multiply,

im not used to gimp, but i think there should be a function to set the layer to multiply

@gattonero583 faded? you know where you can change the opacity or sizes of lines..well look below that and check the Fade out box. change the settings as you like. hope that's wat ur talking about
